Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a limp home with a simple constitution in a piezoelectric actuator driving circuit. SOLUTION: Connection terminals 201A to 201D for cables 31A to 31D getting to poles on a non-grounding side of each piezoelectric stack 11A to 11D and lines 221A to 221D for transmitting an output of a charging/discharging circuit 20 to the connection terminals 201A to 201D are provided corresponding to the piezoelectric stacks 11A to 11D by 1 to 1. Each of switch means 25A to 25D for selecting driving object piezoelectric stacks 11A to 11D is provided in the middle of the lines 221A to 221D. Even if an abnormality is generated in the connection of the piezoelectric stacks 11A to 11D and the connections terminals 201A to 201D, the connection abnormality is prevented from affecting driving of the remaining piezoelectric stacks only by fixing the switch means corresponding to the piezoelectric stack to an off.
