Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable operation without applying a voltage. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 12, 14 are formed on both surfaces of a pyroelectric body 10. Heat is given to the pyroelectric body 10 from heat generating means 12a, 12b. Thereby an electric potential difference is generated between the electrodes 12, 14 on both of the side surfaces. The pyroelectric body 10 is displaced as a piezoelectric element by the electric potential difference.
