Abstract:
To provide a piezoelectric ceramic transistor.
This piezoelectric ceramic transistor (4) used for a piezoelectric transducer is constituted of a piezoelectric ceramic) transformer (41) and a capacitor (42). The capacitor (42) is connected in parallel with the input terminal of the transformer (41) to form a by-pass capacitor. The by-pass capacitor increases the amount of energy, prevents loss caused by feedback, and compensates the vibration effect of the transformer (41).
