To provide the piezoelectric measuring method and device capable of measuring in a time domain.
In this measuring method, the electric charge generated on a piezoelectric material in loading or unloading a weight, is measured by an integration circuit, a piezoelectric constant is obtained by the operation on the basis of a first formula applying a measured value and a load variation as functions, and the values are displayed by a broken line on a graph wherein the coordinate axes indicate the piezoelectric constant and the time. A result of the operation on the basis of the first formula is operated on the basis of a second formula in accordance with an exponential law and a predetermined parameter, and a result of the operation may be indicated by a solid line on a graph wherein the coordinate axes indicate the piezoelectric constant and the time. This measuring device is composed of a sample set unit having a sample loading space, a slider for loading the weight, and an electrode for taking out the electric charge generated on a sample by loading or unloading, the integration circuit for converting the generated current into the voltage, and an operation processing device for determining the piezoelectric constant by using the first formula applying the voltage value and the load variation as functions, and creating the coordinate data on the graph wherein the piezoelectric constant and the time are indicated by the coordinate axes.
