In a piezoelectric drive type supply mechanism 11, one end of a drive source made by a bimorph structure in which a piezoelectric element is pasted on both surfaces of a piezoelectric element pasted base plate is fixed while slantingly erecting and its other end is fixed on one end of a connection member and the other end of the connection member 16 is fixed to the lower surface of a storing vessel 18 directly or through an installation table. This mechanism is constituted so as to support and fix a storing tank 21 by two or more support bodies 20 projected from a base stand 15 upward and hold a clearance between the lower end of the storing tank 21 and the inner surface of the storing vessel 18 and arrange the storing tank 21 on the upper side of the storing vessel.
