Abstract:
To suppress variation in load fluctuation due to joint peeling between a piezoelectric element and a base member such as a metal base and so on and crack generated in the piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element driving circuit has a base member for fixing a piezoelectric element, and an electrode which is electrically connected to the piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric element and the base member are fixed by a conductive adhesive, and the electrode is located on a joint surface with the base member. The circuit has a conduction member which is electrically joined to the piezoelectric element and the base member respectively at a position different from the joint surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
