Abstract:
To provide a piezoelectric element capable of improving the reliability of electrical connection at a conductor.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element PD1 comprises: an element body 1; an external electrode arranged on an outer surface of the element body 1; and an internal electrode connected with the external electrode and arranged in the element body 1. The internal electrode has an internal conductor 31 and an internal conductor 32 opposed to each other. The internal conductor 32 includes a conductor portion 32b extending in a first direction D1 and connected with the internal conductor 31. The conductor portion 32b has: a region 32p that includes a conductive first material; and a region 32q that includes a second material different from the first material, the second material having a linear expansion coefficient different from that of the first material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
