Abstract:
To provide a versatile and high-accuracy piezoelectric oscillator.
The piezoelectric oscillator 10 includes an oscillator part 20 formed with each external terminal 29, and a substrate 50 in which each connecting terminal 52 connected with each external terminal 29 is formed on one face 50a while each mounting terminal 54 is formed on the other face 50b. The substrate 50 is configured to form each conduction means 56, which penetrates through from the one face 50a to the other face 50b so as to electrically connect the external terminal 29 with the mounting terminal 54 of the substrate 50, in each region where at least one external terminal 29 and the mounting terminal 54 overlap with each other in a plane view.
