Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric component which suppresses an increase in cost and has a sufficient dielectric strength and good temperature characteristics.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric component of the present invention includes: a capacitance substrate 1 formed by providing an electrode 12 on a main surface of a dielectric 11; and a piezoelectric element 2 which is mounted on a main surface of the capacitance substrate 1 and is provided with electrodes 22 (vibrating electrodes 221 and 222) facing each other on surfaces of a piezoelectric body 21. The piezoelectric element 2 has such characteristics that the oscillation frequency decreases with increasing temperature, and the capacitance substrate 1 has such characteristics that the capacitance value decreases with increasing temperature.
