Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the piezoelectric resonance component comparatively inexpensively on which the effect of thermal contraction and secular change of an outer package resin is hardly caused.
CONSTITUTION: In the piezoelectric component 11 comprising a resonator element 2 in which an electrode 4 extended from one end of one major side of two front and rear major sides of a piezoelectric substrate and an electrode 5 extended from the other end of the other major side are formed to be partly opposite to each other, terminals 12, 13 in electrically continuity with each electrode 4(5) of the resonator element 2, and an outer package resin 14 sealing the resonator element 2 while forming a vibration cavity 15 in a vibration part formed by the opposed part of the electrodes 4 (5), it is featured that the terminals 12, 13 are extended along the piezoelectric substrate and almost surround the piezoelectric substrate.
