PURPOSE: To provide a piezoelectric sounder with which various sound pressure characteristics can be obtained with the same member and the dispersion in the characteristics can be micro-adjusted, in a piezoelectric sounder used for alarm sound, etc., of electronic devices.

CONSTITUTION: The threaded part 20 of the small diameter part 18 of an adjusting screw 16 in which a through hole 19 is provided is engaged with a thread part formed in the mounting hole of a case 11. The large diameter part 17 of the adjusting screw 16 is positioned at the upper part inside the case 11 and a piezoelectric diaphragm 24 is stored in the lower part inside the case 11. When the adjusting screw 16 is rotated, a resonance space 31 between the large diameter part 17 and the piezoelectric diaphragm 24 is varied to adjust sound pressure characteristics.
