Abstract:

To enable conversion ratio which is the ratio of an output voltage to an input voltage to be changed.

A piezoelectric transducer is divided into an input region and an output region. At least one of the regions is sub-divided into at least two sections (13-16), the sections adjacent in at least one section are mutually polarized inversely, and at least one of the sections is vertically polarized.
