Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify forming of a conductive pattern for supplying signals to a plurality of piezoelectric elements.
SOLUTION: This piezoelectric unit comprises a head substrate 31 having a thin film electrode 30 formed on its surface, and a plurality of piezoelectric elements 1 which are fixed to the head substrate 31 in a line. A groove which is cut into the head substrate 31 more than the thin film electrode 30 is formed at a position corresponding to a gap formed by each piezoelectric element 1 of the head substrate 31 and the thin film electrode 30 is separated to form each of conductive patterns 34 corresponding to the respective piezoelectric elements 1.
