PURPOSE: To effectively utilize a living space by constituting a parallel link of suspension arm bodies pivotally mounted to the both boards fitted to a structural body and closing an opening part by two-divided bottom panels in storing.

CONSTITUTION: A vertical sideboard 8 is fixed to both-side support structural bodies of an opening 2a in a corridor ceiling, etc. Secondly, arm bodies 10, 13 suspending pigeonholes or cases 17, 18 are pivotally mounted 9, 14 to the sideboard 8 and angle bars 11 are pivotally mounted 12, 15 to the tips of the arm bodies 10, 13 so as to be formed into a parallel link. The arm bodies 10, 13 are swung by 90° from a horizontal state to the vertical state by a cylinder 6. The both-side link mechanisms are connected to each other by two-divided bottom panels 41, 4b. In storing, the opening 2a is closed by the bottom panels 4a, 4b so that a ceiling board is constituted. By this constitution, a space can effectively be utilized.
