Abstract:

To provide a pigment dispersion composition containing a maleimide-based alkali-soluble copolymer having excellent pigment dispersibility, a resin composition for ionizing radiation curing having excellent thermal yellowing resistance, high hardness, excellent curability with ionizing radiation and improved accuracy of the pattern form after development and containing a maleimide-based alkali-soluble copolymer, and provide a color filter and a liquid crystal display device produced by using the resin composition curable with ionizing radiation.

A pigment dispersion composition and a resin composition curable with ionizing radiation containing a maleimide-based alkali-soluble copolymer. The maleimide-based alkali-soluble copolymer contains an N-substituted maleimide monomer unit as an essential unit and the content of low-molecular component having a molecular weight of 100-1,000 in the copolymer is ≤10%.
