PURPOSE: To provide a pigment image receiving material which provides an improved white ground even after the transfer of thermal developing pigment and whose unevenness of fluorescent bleaching effect is reduced.

CONSTITUTION: A pigment image receiving material having on its reflecting support both a pigment acceptor material having the ability of accepting pigment and a fluorescent bleaching agent, contains a fluorine-containing cationic surface active agent and an anionic surface active agent in at least one of the layers of the pigment acceptor material for a reflecting support. At least one of those layers which have the pigment acceptor material preferably contains a hydrophilic binder.
