PURPOSE: To obtain the subject cloth without varying of color tone owing to pile falling and having always uniform external appearance by using single filament yarn in which undrawn part is randomly distributed in specific frequency along the length direction as pile yarn, knitting and processing.

CONSTITUTION: 2-20mm length undrawn part is randomly distributed in frequency of 1-3 pieces per 10cm length along the length direction of single filament yarn composed of polyester containing alkylene terephthalate unit as main repeating unit. Next, said single filament yarn is used as pile yarn, knitted to ≤5mm pile length and processed to afford the aimed cloth having high-grade feeling and high commercial value.
