Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile holding body which includes a base cloth and a large number of piles having polyester fiber dyed by a disperse dye, in which a backing is applied to the reverse side of the base cloth, and which prevents the disperse dye in the polyester fiber from becoming a pollution source and is excellent in durability.SOLUTION: A pile mat A includes a base cloth B, and a large number of piles P in which all the piles P comprise only polyester fiber dyed by a disperse dye, and a latex backing L is applied to the reverse side of the base cloth B. The latex backing L comprises a coating which is formed by applying a vulcanized natural rubber latex to the reverse side of the base cloth B in a state that part of the base part of the piles P is positioned in the reverse side of the base cloth B, and drying the product at 60°C for 10 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
