To provide a pile hole formation device capable of improving accuracy of a measurement value of ground strength.SOLUTION: A pile hole formation device comprises: a solidification material force-feed pipe vertically extending in a hollow part of a tip auger rod 10; a penetration rod 52 provided in the tip auger rod 10 so as to be vertically movable; a measurement cone connected to a lower end of the penetration rod 52; a hydraulic cylinder 71 for pushing out the measurement cone to the outside of an auger head to make the measurement cone penetrate into the ground; a three-component sensor that is positioned between the penetration rod 52 and the measurement cone and measures resistance force in making the measurement cone penetrate into the ground; storage means for storing a measurement result of the three-component sensor; a spiral blade fixed on an outer peripheral surface of each of auger rods 10, 20; a protective pipe 21 provided so as to be inserted into a through hole formed on a base end of each spiral blade of a second and subsequent auger rods 20; and a communication wire 22 that is inserted into respective protective pipes 21 to connect the three-component sensor with the storage means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
