Each pile P has the approximately columnar shape, is formed by closely installed with non-water-absorbing filaments F of 0.3 denier to form approximately diametrically radially around the axis of the pile P and closely installed in the axial direction, and the approximately columnar outer peripheral face of the pile P is formed of tips of the respective filaments. The tip part Pa of the pile P has an approximately convex curve shape formed of the tips of the filaments F constituting the pile P and disposed radially.
