Title:
PILE-NOSE ROTARY SCREWING AND PERCUSSING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11222858
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To inhibit public nuisance such as noises, vibrations, etc. minimally, to prevent the discharge of industrial waste and to obviate the pollution of ground water when a concrete pile is driven.

A pile with a cap, in which the nose steel-pipe cap composed of a spiral blade, an excavation edge, a recessed section for interlocking a rotary main spindle rod, a cap slipping-off preventive iron band installed on the pile side, slipping-off preventive metal fitting cap mounted on the cap side and a bracing metal fitting at the time of sliding is set up at the front end of a concrete pile 3 in a steel pipe, is manufactured, and a rotary main spindle rod 2 is inserted to the section of the recessed section for interlocking the rotary main spindle rod in the cap and the cap is given press-fit rotation and the cap is slid to a lower section. Since there is no ground surface at the front end of the concrete pile by the sliding, the pile is lowered by its own weight of the pile or the light striking of a hammer. The press in rotation and light striking are repeated, and the pile with the cap is driven to an underground bearing stratum.
