Abstract:
To automatically dispose piles for design of a pile-like ground reinforcement using a computer.SOLUTION: A number of piles 24 required for supporting the whole building 18 is calculated in advance, and the piles 24 are automatically disposed under a predetermined rule. Then, the number of piles disposed between piles is adjusted, and a total number of piles is processed to be close to a required number. Just enough automatic pile disposition with a simple processing becomes possible. By utilizing results of a ground test and calculating pile length of each disposed pile individually, a design of pile-like ground reinforcement becomes possible. By utilizing results of automatic pile disposition, cost estimation for a pile-like ground reinforcement can be immediately calculated automatically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
