Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the density, composite tissue, deviated weight and shrinkability of double side pile woven fabric having a 10 rate.16 rate tissue with a double weaving tissue.

CONSTITUTION: When the two reams are superposed each other and arranged, pile yarns P1, P2 are repeatedly twice crossed to each other and once crossed parallel, and pile yarns P2, P4 are also repeatedly twice crossed to each other and once crossed parallel, in a 10 rate tissue with a double weaving tissue. Pile yarns P5, P6 are additionally inserted. In a both side pile woven fabric having a 10 rate.12 rate.16 rate tissue, ground warps having a boiling water shrinkage rate of at least 3% are used as main warps, and covered yarns containing highly elastic yarns as core yarns and drafted 3-3.5 times, or core yarns having a double structure are partially as the warps. The covered yarns or the core yarns are wholly used as ground wefts, or the covered yarns or the core yarns are wholly used only as the ground wefts. Thus, the both side pile woven fabric having a good stretching property, a high density and a deviated weight is obtained.
