PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly radiate heat as a piled building plate is prevented from deforming.
SOLUTION: Plural sheets of about baseplate-shaped building plates 1 are made coincident in the direction and piled up into a unity of bands 3 to form a unit 4, and one set or plural sets of groups 4A composed of a pair of units 4 whose root or front ends are mutually opposite are longitudinally arranged to be mutually opposite to form the first step group, and one set or plural sets of groups 4B composed of a pair of units 4 whose front or root ends are mutually opposite are longitudinally arranged to be mutually opposite on the first step group to form the second step group, and a group having the same arrangement as the first step group is piled up on the second step group with a phase shifted by rotating as much as about 90 degrees to the first step group to form the third step group, and a group having the same arrangement as the second step group is piled up on the third group with a phase shifted by rotating as much as about 90 degrees to the second step group to form the fourth step group, and a gap is provided on each step by similarly successively piling each group with a phase rotated as much as 90 degrees, and heat radiation is therefore carried out through the gap.
