Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dispense with a process for form removing works and surface finish of backing furring strips and the like and to shorten a term of works by fixing a reinforcing material to the outer surface of the form and making reinforcements backing furring strips to fix a decorating material to the furring strips after placing and hardening concrete.
CONSTITUTION: Forms 21, 43 are provided around a concrete pillar 13A placing region and a form reinforcing material 100 provided with wooden brick 103 is fixed to the outer surface of the forms 21, 43 of disposable forms. Next, after the forms 21, 43 are reinforced against the lateral pressure of concrete to be placed, concrete is placed. After the completion of installation for hardening, the reinforcing material 100 is used for backing furring strips. Next, a dressing material 102 is fixed to the backing furring strips. Also, unit buildings joining the pillar, floor beam and ceiling beam are built adjacent to each other in the horizontal and vertical directions and the disposable forms are provided between a plurality of pillars of the adjacent building units. Thus, a term of works for high-rise unit buildings can be shortened to reduce the cost of construction by using such forms for the unit buildings.
