Of an upper pillar garnish 19 and a lower pillar garnish 20 divided in a vertical direction, a leg portion 19d is projected out of a lower edge of a stepped portion 19b formed at a lower end of the upper pillar garnish 19 to the webbing 11 side, and the webbing guide 21 is provide at a tip end of the leg portion 19d. Therefore, even if a sink mark is generated on a surface of the stepped portion 19d of the upper pillar garnish 19 corresponding to a position of the leg portion 19d, the sink mark is covered by an upper end of the lower pillar garnish 20 to be invisible from a vehicular interior side, so that the impairment of the appearance due to the generation of the sink mark can be prevented. Furthermore, a back surface of the lower pillar garnish 20 is superimposed on the surface of the stepped portion 19b formed on the upper pillar garnish 19, so that the generation of stepped portion at a connecting portion between both pillar garnishes 19, 20 can be prevented to improve the appearance.
