Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillar garnish capable of easily connecting a cap to a garnish main unit without generating apprehension of dislocation.
SOLUTION: A cap 25 is constituted by a cover main unit 26 covering a mounting bolt 29 for securing a garnish main unit 12 to a body 1 and a coming- off lock member 27. The coming-off lock member 27 has an assembly lock part 27a, shaft part 27d extended from the assembly lock part 27a, and a swelling lock part 27e swollen in a tip end of the shaft part 27d. The garnish main unit 12 is provided with a lock hole 14a of internal diametric dimension capable of inserting the assembly lock part 27a and the shaft part 27d and incapable of inserting the swelling lock part 27e and the cover main unit 26. The cap 25 is connected to the garnish main unit 12 by inserting the assembly lock part 27a of the coming-off lock member 27 to the lock hole 14a and assembly locking the assembly lock part 27a to the cover main unit 26.
