PURPOSE: To effectively use an inside by making a structure high in rigidity by means of reducing quantity of steel materials and providing an opening part on a side surface of a pillar at a free position and in free size.
CONSTITUTION: Pillar walls of pillars 2 for a mega-structure arranged on four corners of the structure are sectionally rectangular cylindrical bodies to be an area of one span square of the normal structure each, and each of them is constituted of a steel plate outer frame 7, a steel plate inner frame 6 arranged inside this steel plate outer frame 7 with a proper interval and concrete 8 deposited between the steel plate outer frame 7 and the steel plate inner frame 6. An opening part 9 is provided by opening a part of an indoor side of side surface of the pillar 2 for the mega-structure, and a a core inside facility 15 free to enter from the opening part 9 is arranged inside the steel plate inner frame 6.
