To provide a pillow capable of keeping stability in the head and neck of a user, evading pressure on ears or both the side surfaces of a face, adjusting and cleaning inner materials without caring trouble in skin, obtaining the soft touch of an elastic base material simultaneously with an antibacterial/deodorizing effect held by Bincho wood charcoal or bamboo charcoal, being carried in a trip, etc., and providing comfortable sleep to the user, especially, who prefers a low pillow.

A pillow body which is formed of the elastic base material and has a substantially L-shaped pith, is integrally formed with a head placement body, which uses Bincho wood charcoal/bamboo charcoal soft pipes as the inner materials of a breathing bag shape having fasteners and has recessions in places for the ears, both the side surface parts of the face, and in a back of head placement place, with the use of surface fasteners. They can be used as a single body if desired. A head placement body is made of vinyl with an air port.
