To provide a dental treatment chair which enables the treatment of patients in stable attitudes by keeping a head support part of a pillow from reaching the head part of a patient however a pillow support plate may vary while however the pillow may vary relative to the pillow support plate when a patient sits on the dental treatment chair in a forward drooped attitude as being bent on the back among high-aged persons, disabled persons and the like.
The pillow device for dental treatment chairs is constituted of a liftable seat part, a back rest B1 erectable relative to the seat part, the pillow support plate 6 which moves vertically on the back side of the backrest and is made to stick out of the top part of the back rest and hence, bent toward the head part side of a patient sitting or lying on the back, a pillow angle cylinder 5 which is housed into the back side of the back rest to move the pillow support plate vertically, a pillow lift cylinder 4 for the vertical movement of the pillow angle cylinder and a double-axially structured pillow rotation device 8 which is mounted between the pillow support plate and the pillow and enables the fixing of it at a desired rotary position with respect to the pillow support plate and the pillow.
