Abstract:

To provide a pillow suited for a hearing-impaired person, which is formed with ear relief parts in an intermediate part of a pillow body, when the person put the head on the pillow body, the ears are fitted in the ear relief parts, which prevent the ears from being smashed by the weight of the head to avoid the pain of the ears of the person having the otitis media, the otitis externa and the like by oppression, improving the amenity of its use, eliminating the sound insulation by preventing the smashing of the ears, and easily hearing the external sound even in sleeping.

This pillow is so formed that the pillow body 1 comprises a base part 2 and a cushion part 3, and the ear relief parts 5, 6 and 7 are formed in the intermediate part of the pillow body 1. The cushion part 3 is formed with the hole-shaped ear relief part 6. The base part 2 is formed with a side lateral-U shape comprising an upper surface portion 2a, a fold portion 2b and a lower surface portion 2c and the upper surface part is formed with the hole-shaped ear relief part 5.
