PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow capable of adjusting height in accordance with a user.SOLUTION: The pillow is characterized in that it has a pillow body 11 which includes a first plate 13 and a second plate 14, bending in a chevron shape, with a bent part 12 interposed, which is designed to place the first plate 13 along the floor surface, and which makes the bent angle α of the second plate 14 variable relative to the first plate 13, and that it has support means 15, 16 which are arranged between the first plate 13 and the second plate 14 and which are configured to support the second plate 14 at a plurality of positions having different bent angles α.
