PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilot check valve having a function capable of controlling a residual pressure in a fluid pressure device.SOLUTION: A check valve with a residual pressure discharge function has a main flow passage 13 connecting a first port and a second port 12, a pilot operation type check valve part 14 provided in the main flow passage 13, a discharge flow passage 15 branched from the main flow passage 13, and a pilot operation type residual pressure discharge valve part 16 for opening and closing the discharge flow passage 15. The check valve part 14 has a check valve element 29 for checking a reverse direction flow of a pressure fluid flowing from the second port 12 toward the first port, a pilot valve element 30 for displacing the check valve element 29 to a position for permitting flows of the pressure fluid in the forward direction and the reverse direction by the action of a pilot fluid, and a first pilot port 55 for supplying the pilot fluid to the pilot valve element 30. The residual pressure discharge valve part 16 has a discharge valve element 61 for opening and closing the discharge flow passage 15 by the action of the pilot fluid, and a second pilot port for supplying the pilot fluid to the discharge valve element 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
