To provide a pilot-operated check valve that can structurally simplify reliable connection between a spool and a check valve of the pilot-operated check valve and maintain the function of the check valve even if the connection is released.
The pilot-operated check valve has the spool slidable in a bore made in a valve body, and the check valve attached to the spool; and closes the check valve when operated under a pilot pressure on one end face of the spool, and opens the check valve when operated under a pilot pressure on the other end face of the spool to lead pressure oil in one direction and another direction. In the pilot-operated check valve, an intermediate portion of a projecting check valve stem of the check valve is supported by the valve body, an end of the check valve stem is inserted in a check valve stem hole made in the other end face of the spool, and a pin is inserted in a connecting bore made just across the axis of the check valve stem to provide connection to the spool.
