Abstract:
To provide a pilot operation type electromagnetic valve which prevents or inhibits deterioration of operability of a pilot valve caused by entry of foreign objects.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic valve 2 includes: a main valve 54; a pilot valve 56; and a solenoid 52 which drives the pilot valve 56. A main valve body 64 has: a partition part 66 which partitions an upstream side passage 17a from a back pressure chamber 68; a seal part 70 which is detachably attached to a main valve seat 60 to open or close the main valve 54; and a leak passage 71 which allows communication between the upstream side passage 17a and the back pressure chamber 68. A gap between a plunger 78 and a sleeve 80 opens at the back pressure chamber 68. The electromagnetic valve 2 is provided with a second filter member 25 which covers the leak passage 71 differently from a first filter member disposed at the upstream side passage 17a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
