Abstract:
To provide a pilot type solenoid valve capable of stabilizing motion of a piston valve 1 by reducing a Cv value to a piston back space of an upper portion of a piston valve 1 disposed in a piston chamber 31 from a primary-side joint 21 without using a piston ring and the like.
A plurality of ring-shaped grooves 11a are formed on an outer periphery of a piston portion 11 of a piston valve 1 opposed to an inner wall 31a of a piston chamber 31 to provide a labyrinth structure 11A. The shape parameter of the labyrinth structure 11A is determined. When a groove angle is θ, a groove depth is D, and a groove interval is P, 15°≤θ≤40°, 0.2 mm≤D≤0.6 mm, and 0.2 mm≤P≤0.6 mm are determined.
