Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a pilot type solenoid valve without causing an abnormal sound even when used in a condition at a low differential pressure of fluid in a diaphragm valve, hot water washing valve seat or the like.
CONSTITUTION: The pilot type solenoid valve 11 has a diaphragm valve opening/ closing a main valve hole, bleed hole 22 formed in the diaphragm valve to connect a diaphragm back chamber 26 to an input port 23 of the main valve hole, pilot valve hole 21 formed in the diaphragm valve to connect the diaphragm back chamber 26 to an output port 25 of the main valve hole and a movable core 16 opening/closing the pilot valve hole 21. When the diaphragm valve is placed in a no-load condition, and when an upward direction drag F is applied to the center of the diaphragm valve, a level of the drag F, in the case of 0.5mm changing a center position of the diaphragm valve, serves as the diaphragm drag, to set it to 90 grams or less.
