To provide a non-flow modulation type pilot valve capable of reducing the number of component parts for simplifying its structure while maintaining responsiveness to pressure fluctuation of pressure fluid.
In this pilot valve, a pressure chamber 12 communicated with an inlet 26 is provided at an upper part of a cylinder 8 in a valve body 2 in which the inlet 26 for pressure fluid, an outlet, and a connection part 28 to a dome of a main valve are formed, and a diaphragm 6 of the pressure chamber 12 and a spool 9 inserted to be slidable into the cylinder 8 are coupled with each other to be integrally moved. Elasticity in such a direction as to restore to a stop position is energized to the spool 9, the pressure chamber 12 and the connection part 28 to the dome are set to be continuous with the cylinder 8 and the spool 9 at the stop position of the spool 9, the outlet is closed, continuity of the pressure chamber 12 and the connection part 28 to the dome is disconnected at an actuation position of the spool 9, and a passage to let the connection part 28 to the dome continuous with the outlet is provided. On the spool 9, a passage 35 to constantly form a connection condition of a chamber 34 formed by an end part of the spool 9 on the inner end side of the cylinder 8 to the connection part 28 to the dome is provided.
