Both links 13, 11 are rotatably connected by a connecting pin 12 rotatably penetrated through pin bearing holes 24, 25, 27 of the forked first and second pin bosses 22, 23 of a lower link 13 and a third pin boss 26 of an upper link 11 mounted between the first and second pin bosses. Shaft parts 43 of flange members 40 having flanges 41 larger than the first and second pin bearing holes 24, 25 are inserted into recessed parts 31 from both ends of the connecting pin 12, and snap rings 60 held on the shaft parts 43 are fitted into fitting grooves 33 of the recessed parts 31 to assemble the flange members 40 to the connecting pin 12.
