Title:
PIN-CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR LINK MECHANISM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003247524
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To lower the face pressure by elongating a first connection pin 12 and realizing a full float type pin connection structure without depending on a snap ring.

A lower link 13 and an upper link 11 are swingably connected to by the 1st connection pin 12. Separate collars 32 are respectively pressed in the small diameter sections 35 of both ends of a pin body 31. A central shaft section 34 can be loosely fitted in the third pin bearing hole 27 of the upper link 11 and a collar 32 and rotatively in the first and the second pin bearing hole 24, 25 of the lower link 13. Because the collar 32 has a larger diameter than the diameter D1 of the third pin bearing hole 27, the first connection pin 12 is unable to get out of it although a small sliding movement is possible. Because the first connection pin 12 with almost equal length to the thickness of the lower link 13 can be used, the contact area to the lower link 13 becomes large and the face pressure drops.
