CONSTITUTION: When a ball is introduced into proper premium article ports 15, 17 or a winning port 6, a microswitch which is installed in the premium article port or winning port senses the passing of the ball, an electric signal is generated to operate a turning driving device 22, a rotary shaft 23 and a turning lever 24 turn integrally and a premium article nail root part 12 in a slide guide body 13 slidingly moves. Accordingly, the premium article nail 4 or 11 projects and retracts from a board surface 2. After a certain time, the turning driving device 22 operates again by a timer, etc., and the rotary shaft 23 and the turning lever 24 revolve reversely, and the premium article nail 4 or 11 returns to the original position.
