A pinch spool possesses a core that is rotatable around a longitudinal shaft. The core incorporates a recessed sector and a chock sector adjacent to the recessed sector. The chock sector possesses the dimension of a radius larger than that of the recessed sector. A coating part is coaxially attached on the core, and is rotatable with the core around a shaft thereof. The coating part incorporates an outside face, on inside face and a slot in a longitudinal axial direction extended between the outside face and the inside face.
