PURPOSE: To obtain a pinch whose fastening force endures for a long period of time even though a spring made of synthetic resin is used, and whose rear end of a handle is prevented from expanding after the spring is attached.

CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical frame-like spring structure 5a has such a constitution that two C-shaped side plates 5b are connected by joint plates 5c at the cut ends and by reverse-expansion preventive plates 5b at the middle parts. Pinch main bodies 1 and 2 made of synthetic resin are rotatably connected in a pair and the tip of jaws of the pinch main bodies 1 and 2 are pushed in between th joint plates 5c from inside the cylindrical frame-like spring structure to fix the cylindrical frame-like spring structure 5a on the outside surfaces on the pinch main bodies 1 and 2. The reverse-expansion preventive plates 5d are located close to the outside surface of the pinch main bodies 1 and 2.
