To easily regulate tension of a tension body and insure durability by interposing a tensely provided body between the recessed part of a recessed member to be inserted with an insert part and the insert part, and combining together the recessed member and an insert member through a combining member to pinchedly hold the tensely provided body.

The insert part 3A of a square pipe 3 is inserted into the recessed part 2A of a c-type channel 2 loaded with a belt 5 made of PET fiber reinforced polyethylene. Next, a pinchedly holding member 1 for one end part side tension body temporarily fixed with respective one end parts of a plurality of the PE belts 5, and a pinchedly holding member for the other end part side tension body temporarily fixed with respective the other end parts are fitted to a pillar. Next, the PE belt 5 is temporarily tensely provided to regulate tension, and it is fastened by a bolt 4A and a nut 4B to fix it. The angle part 3c of the square pipe insert part 3A in the recessed part 2A presses the PE belt 5 to firmly fix it, and the PE belt 5 is executed while easily holding uniform tension. Hereby, the drilling workability or the cutting workability of the bolt 4A is improved, the weight is reduced, and durability such as preservative quality can be improved.
