To provide a pipe bending method and a pipe bending device capable of executing the bending of different bending radii R at three or more parts in the longitudinal direction of a pipe with high accuracy and high efficiency.

Firstly, the press-bending is executed to a part to be bent of a longitudinal center portion of a pipe by using the pipe bending device having a press-bending function unit 1 which is functioned to execute the press-bending to the part to be bent of the longitudinal center portion of a pipe 10, and a pressing and bending function unit 2 which is functioned to execute the pressing and bending of parts to be bent at both longitudinal ends of the pipe. Then, the pressing and bending is executed to the parts to be bent at both longitudinal ends of the pipe to obtain the predetermined bending shape.
