To eliminate a seal member in the structure for connecting a first pie bodies and second pipe bodies each other by inserting a seal part, which is formed in an end of the second pipe body, into the first pipe body deeper than a first projecting part for the seal of the internal fluid.
A first and a second pipe bodies 21, 23 to be connected to each other are made of metal such as stainless steel, and, for example, to be used for an exhaust pipe, in which the exhaust gas of an engine is flowed, and the first pipe body 21 is formed at a diameter larger than that of the second pipe body 21 by the nearly thickness thereof. An end of the first pipe body 21 is formed with an annular first projecting part 21a having the semicircular cross section, and an end of the second pipe body 23 is formed with a seal part 23a to be inserted in the first pipe body 21 deeper than the projecting part 21a of the first tubular body 21. A connecting means formed of a pair of half clamp members 27 is arranged outside of both the projecting parts 21a, 23a so as to connect both the pipe bodies 21, 23.
