Abstract:

A heat insulating layer of a paint type heat insulating material is formed on the outer face of the pipe body and a photocatalytic layer is formed on the inner face of the pipe body. An optical fiber with its core exposed is mounted on the inner wall of the pipe body along the longitudinal direction of the pipe body.
