An insert hole 55 is formed in a connection joint 52 fixed on one end side of a pipe 23a, an O-ring 56 is fitted on a projection portion 57 protruding outwardly on the other side of the other pipe 23b at the other side than the projecting portion 57, thereby connecting both of the pipes 23a, 23b in the insert hole of the joint 52. The joint 52 is housed in a holding hole 60 of a holding member 53 and is locked on both sides in a pipe direction. The both of the pipes are elastically clamped by clamping portions 58, 59 of the holding member 53, and the holding member 53 is fixed by the holding member 54, thereby shortening assembling time and preventing leakage of the liquid.
