Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly leak a conveyed object from pressing bodies such as blades during conveyance and to easily set a path by rotatively driving a guide roller so that a conveying member is moved downward from above.
SOLUTION: When a drive motor 11 is driven, an endless chain 6 is advanced by a sprocket 8 via a rotary shaft toward a discharge section 3 in a pipe on the forward path 2A side, is rotated on the sprocket 8 downward from above and reversed, and is returned to a pipe on the return path 2B side. A conveyed object is pushed by pressing bodies 7 such as blades in a pipeline 2 and is sent to an end section opening and discharged. The endless chain 6 is moved along the inner bottom wall of the pipe at the end section of the forward path 2A side, and the blades 7 are moved in the erected state along the inner bottom wall of the pipe at the end section on the forward path 2A side likewise because they are fixed to the link chain 6 at one end. Even when the conveyed object is powder, pulverulent bodies or granular bodies, not necessarily chips, residual feed is remarkably decreased.
