Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively prevent the overlapped end section of a pipe-shaped carrying belt from fraying.
CONSTITUTION: This pipe conveyor is equipped with an endless carrying belt 1 caused to travel in circulation, a plurality of shaping rollers 2 laid at a gap in the travel direction of the belt 1 in such a way as surrounding the belt 1 and holding the pipe form thereof with both side end sections overlapped. In addition, a presser roller 3 comprising three or less rollers 3a is laid at least at one position between the rollers 2 for pressing inward the overlapped section of the belt 1.
